Includes: Roasted Applewood turkey breast, sliced pepper crusted roast beef, black forest ham, cheddar and jack cheeses, dijonaise, lettuce, sliced tomatoes and red onions, pasta salad prima vera, fresh fruit salad, chips and an assortment of fresh breads, house baked cookies and raspberry bars for dessert; chilled canned beverages and bottled waters.  

• Applewood box lunches…$9.50 per lunch

Includes: Roasted turkey breast, sliced pepper crusted roast beef, black forest ham or veggie sandwich with jack cheese, dijon mayo, lettuce, sliced tomatoes a side of pasta salad prima vera, a chocolate chip cookie, an apple and a cold beverage.

• Italian luncheon

Includes: Spinach lasagna with parmesan cream sauce, Chicken Provencal, Caesar salad, marinated broccoli salad, selection of fresh breads and butter. Assorted cookies and raspberry bars for dessert and chilled canned beverages and bottled waters.    

• Southwest fajita bar

Includes: Marinated chicken and sweet peppers, tortillas, chips and salsa, guacamole, shredded lettuce and cheese, sour cream  and diced tomatoes. Southwestern corn salad with jicama and cilantro and Yucatan style black bean and rice salad. Assorted cookies and raspberry bars for dessert and and chilled canned beverages and bottled waters.  

• Pacific Rim luncheon

Includes: Ginger sesame chicken, shrimp fried rice, chilled green beans with a Szechaun mustard sauce, baby greens with a sweet red chili vinaigrette, bread and butter, assorted cookies and raspberry bars for dessert,  and and chilled canned beverages and bottled waters.

• Baked potato bar luncheon

Includes: Baked russet potatoes, bacon bits, scallions, sour cream, butter, shredded cheese, broccoli flowerettes, garden salad with vinaigrette and ranch dressings, bread and butter, assorted cookies and raspberry bars for dessert,  and chilled canned beverages and bottled waters.
